We believe every child deserves a variety of ways to learn and succeed.
Our extracurricular enrichment activities are offered outside of the regular program schedule and are unique to each location. They help children develop creativity, coordination, and confidence while keeping every week full of fun.

Soccer Stars
Soccer Stars introduces children ages three and up to the joy of soccer through imaginative play and teamwork. Each weekly session blends creative games with basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. The goal isn’t just to improve athletic ability; it’s to foster self-esteem, cooperation, and a lifelong love of movement.
STEM
Our STEM Enrichments program gives preschool and Pre-K students ages three to five hands-on exposure to science, technology, engineering, and math in ways that feel fun, approachable, and age-appropriate. Through three engaging 30-minute lessons each week, children explore problem-solving, curiosity, and critical thinking using a standards-aligned STEM curriculum in a dedicated classroom. These experiences help young learners build confidence, ask questions, and begin understanding how the world works at no additional cost to families.
Community & Classroom Fun
Learning at Virginia Early Learning Academies Sterling extends far beyond the classroom. Through themed celebrations, hands-on activities, and community engagement, we make every season special and meaningful for our students.
Classroom Parties
From Valentine’s Day to St. Patrick’s Day and Halloween, we bring holidays to life through crafts, games, and connection.
Special Attire Days
From Wacky Hair Day to Rodeo Week, we make learning fun with themed dress-up days tied to events, holidays, and weekly lessons.
Fun Within the Community
Through special visits from community helpers and local professionals, children get to learn about the world around them.
